PROJECT:
 AN EVENING OF LUXURY: BE EPIC

ASSIGNMENT: 

Event management for Fifth Street Agency’s annual “An Evening of Luxury” during the BET Hip Hop Awards, in Atlanta, GA.

APPROACH:

Utilized project management skills to manage event flow and serve as point of contact for hired PR team, sponsors, talent and event staff.

THE OUTCOME:  

Successfully managed the private event, held at Atlanta’s Halo Lounge, and ensured it ran smoothly.  The event attracted 2013 BET Hip Hop Award nominees, entertainment moguls, record label executives and celebrities, including Syleena Johnson, D. Woods, Demetria McKinney, Victor Jackson, Shay Johnson, DJ Mars, DJ Active, Sammie and Jae Nash.
